You have some experience with oil painting, but painting snow remains a mystery. I get it - it’s easy to get lost in all that white. I’ll let you in on a secret - snow is almost never white! In this 4 week class, we’ll explore color, form, light, and composition for winter paintings. You’ll create 4 winter landscape paintings and walk away ready to tackle any snowy scene! 

By the end of the course, participants will: gain confidence in color choices for snow, understand how light interacts with snow, and strengthen compositional choices for winter landscapes

Best for those who: have at least basic knowledge of oil painting and want to improve in painting snow. All ages are welcome!
